Minutes to Hours
Divide by 60. The answer here is decimal hours, which is what timesheets, payroll and billing systems expect — 90 minutes is 1.5 hours, not "1 hour 30".
That distinction is the reason most people arrive at this page. Ninety minutes entered as 1.30 in a timesheet is a fifth of an hour short, and the error compounds across a month. The rows below give the quarter-hour marks that most systems round to.
